The bsService program is developed to help customers via Internet.
It is devided in 2 Parts: the serviceclient and the helpdesk part. The client portion is Freeware and the customer can install for free. The Helpdesk Program and the needed server is Shareware to check out. Both parts are included in same installation program to choose.
The use is easy: the customer starts his client program and inserts the server adress. That can be IP-adress as well as named adress. Then the helper will log into the desktop window of the customer and acts like on his own screen. The client will be shown, if guests are logged or not.
