F5 is the tool for refreshing a target URL automatically. It has inline counter to count the refreshed page. On the other hand it has an inline timer to refresh the tarhet url in every 3 seconds. Please keep in mind that to use F5 problem free, you will need a strong ADSL connection. You can use F5 to force your own sites for traffic or load tests.
